End result: A micro-learning course to provide a quick overview for and navigate to the Construction Specs and manual stored in StorageMart's SharePoint page.

Task: Provide a course style learning focused on navigating CallPotential for effective lead management, curated for call representatives to review and highlight effective the most effective standard for operating procedures as outlined by the call center director.
End result: A in-depth course, chaptered to focus on the 3 best practive methods for call routing, with a PDF course take-way, for a call representative to review, alongside a quiz to reinforce key objectives for call routing, as outlined throughout the course methods.
