Client: StorageMart, Training Department
Task: Refresh the design of the new hires itinerary guide for departmental introductions designed and distributed for new hires to guide them through their departmental introductions for their first few weeks at StorageMart's home office.
End result: A comprehensive guide to departmental introductions and Home Office designed and distributed for new hires to guide them through their first few weeks at StorageMart's home office.

Employee Itinerary 🗒
Client: StorageMart, Training Department New Hires
Task: Refresh the design of the new hire one pager to provide a quick overview of their schedule, using brand guidelines and a simple quick and appealing reference sheet.
End result: A brand standard quick one-pager, designed to be printed and handed out to new hires on their first day of job training and onboarding, printed on heavy card stock.

Manhattan Mini Storage (MMS): Systems Guidebook



Client: StorageMart, MMS acquisition employees
Task: Design and create a guidebook for the newest members of the StorageMart Portfolio at Manhattan Mini Storage location in New York. These employees were acquired alongside the MMS brand and properties and were to be trained via in person instruction on the proprietary POS designed specifically for StorageMart business. The manual was designed and printed to support in person training sessions through several training sessions with groups of these new employees.
End result: A fully illustrated and printed comprehensive guide to the StorageMart systems, that supported the in person, live systems demos during training sessions run by the StorageMart training department and supporting departments.

Regional Manager Academy + Companion Guide




Client: StorageMart, Regional Managers
Task: Design and create a field guide and companion field guide guidebook for StorageMart's newest and recently onboarded Regional Managers. The guide highlights and details the the first several weeks of training both in the Home Office and out in the field as part of StorageMart's supporting in person training sessions.
End result: A fully illustrated and printed comprehensive guide to the StorageMart Regional Manager training to detail the daily, weekly and monthly goals for a successful Regional Manager to reference throughout their first few weeks as a new Regional Manager.
