Freshservice Maintenance Guide
Client: StorageMart, I.T. Department
Task: Provide a takeaway style PDF that includes step by step screenshots and writtens steps to provide to StorageMart field employees to introduce and guide them in the standard operating procedure of using Freshservice to request and manage work order requests.
End result: A fully illustrated step-by-step guide to introduce the field to the the new SOP of using Freshservice to guide users via their LMS enrollment, with an easy to digest process and reference.

MMS Value Coverage Resource
Client: StorageMart, MMS Field Employees
Task: Provide a takeaway style PDF that includes a quick to scan review of StorageMart's Value Coverage Plan specific to employees at the Manhattan Mini Storage locations.
End result: A fully illustrated Value Coverage Plan chart, with key parts of the coverage highlighted, alongside an FAQ that highlights key discussions topics specific to managing customer questions around the plan's coverage.

Call Scripts: A Quick Guide & Pamphlet
Client: StorageMart, Field Employees
Task: Refresh the design of the new hires Call Scripting Guide to make it appealing and easy to quickly reference when working through the required lead call training.
End result: A comprehensive overview of the call points to hit and with an easy to navigate numbered question flow, alongside a bonus pamphlet print out resource for reading while on the phone and taking notes.
